6 Top Apps for Well Being!

I am a huge fan of sharing and talking about valuable resources that ultimately have the power to change our days and our lives! From the moment apps (more formally known as applications in the techy world) became available for mobile devices I have been a BIG fan. Especially any app to do with self care and well being! Today I want to share 6 apps with you that I use on my iphone, that cultivate well being.

Here we go... HayHouseNOW! This is a must have app if you love learning about ways you can evolve and grow personally. It has both FREE and paid content. But these rotate around. At the moment Louise Hay & Cheryl Richardson's lecture on their best selling book ' You Can Create An Exceptional Life' is free! What an amazing way to spend an hour - with your headphones on, indulging in something for yourself! MindShift will help you learn how to relax, develop more helpful ways of thinking, and identify active steps that will help you take charge of your anxiety. This app includes strategies to deal with everyday anxiety. The developers created it for young adults but in my opinion it is perfect for anyone of any age! And it's free! Brainwave apps utilize sequences of binaural tones to stimulate brainwave frequencies associated with various states of mind. After a few minutes of use the listener's own brainwaves begin to fall into step with, and synchronize with, a binaural beat, inducing states ranging from deep sleep to intense concentration and focus. There are a number of apps by Brainwave that can support you with anything from headaches to meditation. I absolutely recommend checking them out. Naturesounds is one of hundreds of apps online that provide you with beautiful sounds of nature to chill out to and relax. This is just one I have had for a long time and it is my 'go to' when I need to access some peace & calm. And its free! Pocketyoga is a real gem! In my ideal world, I would attend yoga classes regularly as I know I would benefit soooo much from it. Right now in my life though, time doesn't allow for it, so I make do with this app and some days it completes my workout at the gym. With this app you can practice yoga anytime anywhere! HayHouseRadio - probably the first app I ever downloaded. 24 hour access to listen in on the top personal development guru's in the world, sharing their wisdom and taking calls from people all over the world- answering their questions.

This list could go on and on! This is just a taster of my own fav apps that I recommend to people who are looking for inspiration.
